Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot AV and meeting room equipmentSupport Teams/Video Conferencing, microphones, speakers, displays, and projectorsPerform AV setup, break/fix, and equipment replacementProvide onsite event and meeting supportPerform basic network, cabling, and infrastructure smart hands activitiesSupport laptops, desktops, and other end-user devicesCoordinate with remote teams, vendors,



and client stakeholdersUpdate tickets and provide onsite visit reports✅ Requirements3+ years of experience in AV / IT Infrastructure / EUC SupportHands-on AV troubleshooting experienceKnowledge of Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Dante, Logitech, Poly, Cisco, etc. is an advantageBasic networking and cabling knowledgeGood English communication skillsCustomer-facing and professional approachAbility to work independently onsite? ImportantThis is an on-call/dispatch opportunity and NOT a full-time position. Technicians will be assigned to onsite support requests based on client requirements.
