You are responsible for shaping how the wedding looks, feels, and flows; from the first moodboard to the final on-ground execution.This is not just about aesthetics. It is about storytelling, spatial thinking, restraint, and detail.You will work closely with the planning, sales, and production teams to ensure every design decision is intentional, realistic, and executable. Key Responsibilities1. Concept Development & Creative DirectionDevelop overall wedding themes, design narratives, and visual identities for each eventCreate moodboards, color palettes, material references, and styling directionsTranslate client personalities, preferences, and cultural context into design conceptsEnsure design continuity across multiple events (Vidhi, Cocktail, Wedding, etc.)2. Visualisation & Design OutputsCreate visual decks for client presentationsDesign layouts for mandaps, stages, entry points, lounges, bars, and dining areasProvide spatial visualisation to help clients understand scale and flowAssist in 3D visualisation or detailed mock-ups where required (optional but preferred)3. Client Presentations & Design AlignmentPresent design concepts confidently to clients/client service teamExplain creative logic, material choices, and visual flowTake feedback constructively and refine designs without diluting intentBalance creative ambition with client comfort and budgets4. Vendor & Production CoordinationCoordinate with decor vendors, fabricators, florists, and production partnersShare clear drawings, references,
