NnIdeal candidate should hold a regular degree in Engineering or MBA and have similar industry experience from Passenger Car Industry with direct OEMs. NnExperience : 4 to 11 years NnNo of Open Position : 1 NnRoles & Responsibilities : Nn1. Identification of Potential : N- Analysis of KIN Networkcoverage & TIV sales data N- Identifying untapped cities / towns / talukas / villages – having high potential, Significant TIV volume but NNo KIN network available,no near future plans N- Customer demographic should be matching with KIN customer profile N2. Business Plan Formation N- Preparation of annual business plans, target volume & key strategy / activities to achieve the BP N- Regular reporting of rural share of Business, Data analysis to find gap areas & action to improve N- Dealer wise outlet wiseplanning N3. Strategic Tie-ups & BTL Events N- Tie-up with leading financiers at local / regional level for rural markets – MMFSL, NBFCs etc. N- Tie-up with Village Level Entrepreneurs / CSC etc. N- BTL Activities: Display activities, Rural Melas,



Showroom on Wheels etc N4. Rural Manpower(Dealer): N- Identification & finalization of Super-KEC requirement – Dealer-wise N- Recruitment of manpoweras per requirement & Area allocation N- Training of manpower onKIN systems & processes N- Monthly target rolling for Super KECs for Bookings & Retails N- Daily performance monitoring, weekly review for non-performers / low performers N- Reward & Recognition ofmanpower, highlighting Top performers, recognition by management N- Super KEC Skill Contestto identify the top talents, Recognition & Rewards N5. Key KPI’s N- Achieve monthly/quarterly rural sales targets for the assigned region N- Drive retail performance through focused rural penetration strategies N- Activations: Monthly / Quarterly BTL plan N- Network Coverage: Rural Outlets, Festive counter, Rural Manpower N- Manpower: Adequate dealer manpower onboarding, Training & Development N- Track KPIs: rural contribution %, enquiry generation, conversion ratio. N
