This role focuses on platform stability, performance, security, and enterprise-grade operations within a complex landscape. NnKeyResponsibilities N1. System Administration & Architecture Nn Manage end-to-endJDE CNC environments (installations, configurations, deployments) N Design and maintain enterprise architecture across application, web, and database tiers N Manage pathcodes, OCM mappings, and workplace lifecycle Nn2. Infrastructure & Performance Management Nn Monitor system performance, optimize infrastructure, and ensure high availability N Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and health checks N Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes Nn3. Release& Change Management Nn Execute package builds, ESU/ASU deployments, and tools releases N Manage upgrades, migrations, and environment refreshes N Control version management and deployment processes Nn4. Security & Compliance Nn Implement and maintain user roles, security policies, and access controls N Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and audit readiness N Monitor and remediate security risks Nn5.



Production Support & Troubleshooting Nn Provide L2/L3 support for production issues, root cause analysis, and resolution N Troubleshoot system, application, and infrastructure issues N Collaborate with development and functional teams Nn6. Automation & Continuous Improvement Nn Automate operational tasks and improve system efficiency N Implement monitoring, alerting, and proactive problem management NnnKey Skills & Competencies Nn Strong expertise in JDE CNC Administration & Architecture N Experience with WebLogic, AIS, BSSV, Orchestrator N Knowledge of Linux/Windows/Unix environments and databases (Oracle/SQL Server) N Strong troubleshooting,performance tuning, and root cause analysis skills NnnQualifications & Experience Nn Bachelor’s degreein IT or related field N 8–12+ years of JDE CNC experience N Experience managing large-scale enterprise JDE environments NnnGood to Have Nn Cloud experience (AWS/Azure for JDE hosting) N DevOps, automation scripting experience N Exposure to integrationplatforms (APIs, middleware) NnnSuccess Metrics (KPIs) Nn System uptime andperformance N Incident resolution timelines (SLA adherence) N Platform stability and operational efficiency Nn
