NnJOBPURPOSE NThe Lead Data Analyst is responsible for providing technical leadership across analytical engagements while driving high-quality, client-ready deliverables. The role combines advanced analytical expertise, stakeholder partnership and team leadership to translate complex business challenges into scalable data-driven solutions. The Lead Data Analyst establishes analytical best practices, mentors team members, and champions continuous improvement to strengthen delivery excellence across projects. NnYOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES NAnalytical Leadership Nn Lead complex analytical engagements. N Define analytical approaches, methodologies and success measures for business and marketing initiatives. N Translate complex business questions into scalable analytical solutions that drive decision making. NnDelivery Excellence Nn Oversee the quality, accuracy and consistency of analytical deliverables across projects. N Review analytical outputs and provide technical guidance to ensure client-ready delivery.



N Establish best practices for reporting, visualization, documentation and analytical governance. NnTeam Leadership Nn Present complex analytical findings and influence business decisions through compelling storytelling. N Mentor and coach analysts to strengthen technical capability and business acumen. N Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration and analytical best practices across the team. N Contribute to the evolution of analytical frameworks, governance standards and reusable assets. NnnREQUIRED SKILLS Nn Expert SQL skillsfor complex data extraction, transformation and optimization. N Advanced proficiency inPython and Excel for analytical automation and data analysis. N Robust experience with reporting and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau or similar). N Strong understanding ofstatistical analysis, experimentation and marketing analytics. N Experience designing scalable analytical solutions and implementing governance best practices. N Demonstrated ability tomentor analysts and lead technical delivery across multiple projects.



NnnPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS NAcademic Background NBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or another quantitative discipline. NnWorking experience: 8+ years NnLanguages NIntermediate English proficiency (B2 reading, writing and conversation).
