As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs, translating these into detailed application requirements. Throughout the day, the engineer engages in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications developed effectively support business operations. Interaction with various teams to gather insights and feedback is a key part of the daily routine, fostering a cohesive approach to software development and implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their skilled growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in designing and developing custom software applications tailored to finance and corporate performance management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
