Job Overview

As we continue to expand our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, we are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to drive successful customer implementations, integrations, and seamless onboarding of enterprise clients.

This is a techno-functional, customer-facing Individual Contributor role that combines implementation consulting, project management, business process understanding, solutioning, and integration capabilities.

The role will be responsible for managing implementations from requirement gathering and solution design through configuration, integrations, UAT, go-live, and transition to the Customer Success team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FinTech implementation, with a valuable understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and exposure to Accounts Payable (AP), Taxation, and enterprise system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end implementation projects in line with agreed scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Understand customer business processes, conduct requirement gathering and gap analysis, and translate business requirements into effective solution designs.




- Lead SaaS/enterprise application implementation and configuration based on customer requirements and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain functional and project documentation, including FSDs, process flows, project plans, requirements, and implementation deliverables.
- Coordinate system integrations, APIs, data flows, data migration, configurations, and dependencies between customer systems and the SaaS platform.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Technology, and other internal teams to deliver configurations, integrations, customizations, and required product enhancements.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops, requirement discussions, user training, and UAT sessions.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, issues, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure completion of project documentation, customer sign-offs, UAT, and successful go-live.
- Drive a smooth transition and handover to the Customer Success team after implementation.
- Contribute to implementation best practices, process improvements, documentation, and reusable implementation frameworks.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in SaaS/enterprise software implementation, implementation consulting, project delivery, or solution delivery.
- Preferred experience in FinTech implementation.
- Preferred experience or strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Good understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Taxation.




- Experience in SaaS/enterprise application implementation, system integrations, APIs, data migration, application configuration, or technology-enabled business process transformation.
- Experience combining Business Analysis and Implementation will be highly preferred.
- Candidates from FinTech, SaaS, IT, or Enterprise Technology companies with relevant implementation experience are preferred.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and implementation practices.
- Strong client management, stakeholder engagement, consulting, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, documentation, and organizational abilities.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end software implementation projects from requirement gathering and solutioning through go-live.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering multiple SaaS/software implementation projects or client implementations.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes, including relevant business workflows and requirements.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable, Taxation, and enterprise finance processes.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solution designs, implementation plans, and deliverables.
- Exposure to system integrations, APIs, data migration, application configuration, and enterprise system integration.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to conduct solution workshops, product demonstrations, training sessions, requirement discussions, and UAT.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across customers, Product, Technology, Engineering, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and tight delivery timelines.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand integrations and quickly learn new SaaS products, platforms, and technologies.
- Strong ownership and attention to detail, with the ability to drive projects independently from initiation to completion.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
