Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, your day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration. You will work to understand client requirements thoroughly and translate these into practical business and technology solutions. Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business needs. You will ensure that the technology implemented effectively supports the client s objectives, fostering seamless integration across systems and processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall project goals.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies related to integration activities.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Knowledge of API management and security best practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Jakarta EE.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
