- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium.
- Solid experience in automated testing frameworks and tools related to Playwright.
- Ability to analyze and debug complex software issues in multi-component environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages to support automation and troubleshooting tasks.
- Experience in monitoring application performance and identifying bottlenecks.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and support methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
