Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Revenue Growth: Execute and manage both primary and secondary sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed territory targets.
- Distributor Management: Onboard, handle, and support local distributors to ensure a smooth supply chain, optimized inventory levels, and timely collections.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key retail outlets, wholesalers, and channel partners.
- Market Expansion: Leverage your knowledge of the Ludhiana market to map new outlets, improve product visibility, and identify untapped business opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and local consumer trends to provide actionable feedback to the leadership team.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience:



1-2 years of proven experience in channel sales, specifically handling primary and secondary sales operations.
- Local Expertise: Must be a local resident of Ludhiana with comprehensive awareness of the city's topography, wholesale markets, and key retail outlets.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the FMCG sector is highly preferred and will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Core Skills: Exceptional distributor handling, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Drive: A target-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities and a proactive, on-the-ground work ethic.
