- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

- Robust understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience in customizing and integrating packaged software solutions.
