and ensure every visitor leaves with the rightcomfort solution and a positive brand impression.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage customers in a warm, consultative, and skilled mannerUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable ergonomic products throughdemonstrations and storytellingDrive individual sales targets and contribute to store-level revenue goalsConduct product demonstrations and explain benefits in a comfort and wellness-focusedapproachAssist customers with queries, product selection, and after-sales supportSupport calling activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions as per store requirementsMaintain store hygiene, grooming standards, and brand presentationFollow VM guidelines and ensure products are displayed as per brand standardsAssist in inventory handling, stock arrangement, and cycle counts when requiredShare customer feedback and insights to help improve in-store experience and productofferingsWhat We're Looking For:2–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPresentable, confident, and customer-focused personalityAbility to connect with urban, health-conscious customersWillingness to learn about ergonomic products and comfort solutionsRecruiter mail: [email protected]
