Track candidate submissions and hiring progress throughRecruiterGrounds. Choose the opportunities you want to work onbased on your experience, network, and areas of specialization.Follow RecruiterGrounds recruiter guidelines, submissionrequirements, and professional standards. Requirements Experiencein recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, staffing, HR,executive search, or a related field. Ability to identify, engage,and screen qualified candidates. Ability to work independently andmanage your own recruiting activity. Access to professionalnetworks, sourcing platforms, candidate communities, referrals, orother legitimate sourcing channels. Strong written and verbalcommunication skills. Comfortable working remotely andindependently. Comfortable participating in a performance-basedfreelance recruiting model rather than traditional salariedemployment.
