Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement corporate strategy, growth strategies, and business plans for infrastructure projects across India.

- Build relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and permits.

- Manage project finance, including funding options, budgeting, and cost control.

- Oversee legal aspects of project development, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from conceptualization to completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or a related field (IIT/IIM graduates preferred).

- Proven track record of developing successful business plans and implementing effective strategies in the infrastructure sector.

- Solid understanding of government liaisoning processes and ability to build productive relationships with key stakeholders.

- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
