Job Description Facilitator

Project: Coding with AI – Futuristic Learning (Wells Fargo Project)

Location: Bengaluru

About the Role

The Facilitator will support the implementation of the Coding with AI program for students of Grades 6 to 9 in schools. The role involves assisting students with their learning, resolving doubts, supporting instructors during sessions, and maintaining student records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Support students in understanding coding and AI concepts.
- Resolve academic doubts and queries raised by students.
- Assist instructors in conducting classroom sessions.
- Manage student enrollment and attendance records.
- Track student participation and learning progress.
- Coordinate with schools for smooth execution of sessions.
- Submit monthly reports, attendance reports, and work done reports.
- Support project-related activities and volunteering initiatives whenever required.




- Field-based role involving regular interaction with students, teachers, and school management.
- Male candidates preferred.

Qualification

Any Graduate (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields preferred).

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Every Second and Fourth Saturday will be a week off.
- Every Sunday will be a weekly holiday.
- Online sessions may be conducted during school holidays as per project requirements.

Selection Process

- Demo Session – 30 Minutes
- Technical Interview – 30 Minutes
