We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 5 years and above of IT experience and solid expertise in Workday HCM technical development, integrations, reporting, and data migration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday solutions across HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workday Integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services.
- Design and develop Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
- Support Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, and Recruiting.
- Perform data conversion, data loading, and mass updates using EIB tools.
- Troubleshoot integration and production issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support Workday releases, testing, and deployments.
- Ensure security roles and business process configurations align with business requirements.
