- Manage overall branch operations and daily activities.
- Achieve branch business and loan and sales targets.
- Lead, guide and monitor branch staff.
- Handle customer relationships and resolve complaints.
- Monitor loan sourcing, documentation, disbursement and collections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Track branch performance and prepare regular reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
- Any Graduate preferred.
- Experience in banking, NBFC preferred.
