Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets in the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Conduct field sales visits to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with existing customers, and upsell/cross-sell products/services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing) to develop solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.

Job Requirements :

- 4-9 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Robust understanding of industrial equipment/machinery industry dynamics, including market trends, technologies, and competitors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
