Job Title: Embryologist / Senior Embryologist

Experience required: 5 to 10 years of experience

preferably in a similar role.

Educational Qualification: Graduation/PG in clinical

embryology, bio science, bio technology.

Location: Anantapur & Kakinada

Job Summary: Perform embryology procedures, ensure SOP and KPI compliance, and maintain quality

through TQMS. Responsible for documentation, coordination with patients and teams, audit support,

stock management, and training of junior staff.

Job Responsibilities

- Lab work All Embryology procedures, troubleshooting, error management, new SOP

implementation & timely updates, KPI implementation

- Quality Control Embryology TQMS implementation
- Documentation/updation Cost sheets, communication sheets, ARTis, document control

Embryology lab

- Support Handle Andrology complaints
- Coordination – Patient communication, other centres, departments
- Audits – Embryology lab
- Stock management - Liquid nitrogen storage vessels etc.
- Training – Juniors & recent joiners, NHO

Skills Required

- Good written, verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizing skills.
- Computer skill with experience of using MS office (word, excel, etc).
- Multi-tasking, eye for detailing.
