Hiring: Quality Head- Hardgoods | Buying House
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Experience: 18 to 30 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Assurance team for Hardgoods & Textiles.
- Drive product quality, factory audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.
- Work closely with merchandising and overseas clients to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality.
- Manage vendor quality performance and continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- 18 to 27 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a Buying House/Liaison Office.
- Solid knowledge of Hardgoods quality systems.
- Experience in leading large QA teams and handling overseas client requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must have experience managing a team of 8 to 20 member
Note: Sound experience in Hardgoods is a must.
