Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in maintaining CNC, VMC, and HMC machines. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of machine components, preventive maintenance practices, and breakdown analysis to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical issues to minimize machine downtime.
- Perform maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and transmission systems.
- Monitor machine health and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance schedules and documentation.




- Coordinate with production and quality teams for machine availability.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for machine performance.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with CNC, VMC, and HMC machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Understanding of bearings, gearboxes, ball screws, guideways, and machine alignment.
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2- 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
