Project Role Description :Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day will involve resolving incidents and problems that arise across various business system components, ensuring that operational stability is maintained. You will create and implement Requests for Change, while also updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential as you assist in issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
