Role: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Experience: 1–4 Years
Work Mode: In office

What You’ll Do

* Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
* Understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & networking
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
* Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
* Drive offer closures and joining conversions
* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets
* Track submissions, interviews, closures,



TAT and joining ratios
* Maintain strong candidate engagement and follow-ups
* Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders

We’re Looking For

1–4 years of IT Recruitment experience
Strong sourcing & screening skills
Good understanding of IT skills and hiring requirements
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
