We are looking for a versatile and creative individual who can bridge the gap between web development and visual design. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building interactive web applications using ReactJS, while also having a flair for creating engaging visual content such as posters, banners, social media creatives, and short-form videos.

You will work closely with our product, marketing, and design teams to build user-facing web features and produce compelling visual assets that support our brand and marketing efforts.

Role & responsibilities

Web Development

- Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS (and related tools such as Redux, React Hooks, REST/GraphQL APIs).
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, reusable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across browsers and devices.
- Maintain code quality through best practices, version control (Git), and code reviews.

Creative & Design

- Design eye-catching posters, banners, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals.




- Create and edit short promotional videos and reels for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Work with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects (or equivalent).
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in ReactJS and contemporary JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Familiarity with front-end tools like Webpack, npm/yarn, and version control (Git/GitHub).
- Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- A strong creative eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between technical and creative work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
