We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Relationship Executive for our NBFC branch operations. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, business generation, follow-up activities, and supporting branch operations while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and explain financial products/services
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
- Support customer acquisition and business development activities
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers
- Assist in loan processing, documentation, and verification
- Coordinate with branch team for smooth operations
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Maintain customer records and update MIS reports
- Support collection follow-up and recovery activities when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Preferred candidate profile
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Plus Two with relevant experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling and sales skills preferred
- Target-oriented and willing to work in field/customer interaction activities
