Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for technical roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
Job Requirements :
- 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical sourcing.
- Minimum 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Excellent technical testing skills to assess candidate's coding abilities and problem-solving skills.
