Principal Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales function and achieve annual sales targets
- Build and develop the sales organisation by training and mentoring sales engineers
- Establish sales processes, reporting systems, KPIs and CRM discipline
- Personally manage strategic customer accounts and high-value projects
- Develop current business opportunities across textile manufacturing segments
- Conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with engineering, applications and service teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and monthly management reviews
- Drive customer retention, repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Represent the company at exhibitions, customer events and industry forums.
