NnEssential Qualifications N1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Production or Manufacturing NEngineering.n2. 12+ years of manufacturing experience. N3. 5+ years leading a manufacturing facility. N4. Experience managing large production teams. NnPreferred Qualifications N1. MBA Operations or equivalent. N2. Lean Manufacturing Certification. N3.
