N● Utilise customer feedback, field failures, warranty trends and operational insights to Ncontinuously improve manufacturing processes Nn3. Cost: N● Identifying new projects to reduce fixed and variable costs and execution till closure and Nhereby achieving AOP targets N● Own plant profitabilitythrough productivity improvement, waste elimination,material Noptimisation and process excellence. N● Challenge existing assumptions and identify creative ways to improve operational Nefficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards. Nn4. NnEssential Qualifications N1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Production or Manufacturing NEngineering.n2. 12+ years of manufacturing experience. N3. 5+ years leading a manufacturing facility. N4. Experience managing large production teams. NnPreferred Qualifications N1. MBA Operations or equivalent. N2. Lean Manufacturing Certification. N3. TPM Certification.n4. Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt. N5. Experience in Mattress, Foam, Consumer Durables, FMCG or Automotive industries. N
