The ideal candidate should have strong experience inreal estate advertising, with a good understanding ofmainline communicationand the ability to develop impactful copy for large-scale real estate campaigns.The candidate should be comfortable working on communication acrossprint, outdoor, hoardings, brochures, newspaper ads, and other offline marketing formats, while understanding the positioning and communication requirements of real estate brands.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop robust and engagingcopy for real estate brands and projectsacross mainline media.Create communication forhoardings, newspaper advertisements, brochures, flyers, leaflets, print ads, OOH and other offline formats .Understand a real estate project'sUSPs, target audience, location, amenities, pricing and positioningand translate them into compelling communication.Developcampaign concepts, headlines, taglines, body copy and campaign narratives .Work closely with theArt Director, Creative Team and Client Servicing Teamto develop effective campaign communication.Adapt communication across different formats while maintaining a consistent brand tone.Generate multiple creative routes and copy options based on a brief.Understand the difference betweenluxury, premium,



mid-segment and commercial real estate communication .Research and understand thePune real estate market, consumer mindset and competitive communication .Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.Participate in creative discussions and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.What We Are Looking For3–6 years of experienceas a Copywriter in an advertising agency or creative setup.Prior experience working onreal estate brands/projects is preferred .Strong understanding ofmainline advertising and offline communication .Excellent command overEnglish, grammar, vocabulary and sentence construction .Ability to writesharp, engaging and memorable headlines and copy .Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn a brief into a creative communication idea.Ability to understand and communicatereal estate USPs in a simple yet compelling manner .Comfortable collaborating with designers, art directors and client servicing teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple briefs.Key SkillsReal Estate Copywriting | Mainline Advertising | Print | OOH | Hoardings | Brochures | Newspaper Ads | Campaign Concepts | Headlines | Taglines | Brand Communication | Creative Thinking | English CopywritingPreferred BackgroundCandidates who have worked with anadvertising agency, creative agency or real estate-focused agencyand have handled communication forPune-based real estate developers/projectswill be preferred.
