- Record interactions, update support information, and maintain clear documentation in the relevant systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team while keeping customers informed.
- Follow service standards, response timelines, quality guidelines, and data-handling procedures.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to support timely closure of customer requests.

Requirements





- Suitable for freshers with 0 years of experience who are interested in building a career in customer support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is beneficial.
- Patient, attentive, solution-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn customer relationship management and ticketing tools.
- Ability to work full-time from the office in Indore, Jaipur, or Mumbai.
- Applicants should be organized, dependable, and willing to work collaboratively in a service-focused environment.

This is a full-time chance with an annual compensation range of ₹2.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA. The role offers freshers the opportunity to develop professional communication, customer handling, and technology-enabled support skills in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
