Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Identify and contact potential influencers on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, etc. with large followings and relevant target audiences.
- Negotiate fair rates for content and ensure relevant agreements are in place with influencers.
- Create content that resonates with specific channel/page target audiences based on research, demographics, views, likes, comments, and other data.
- Stay up-to-date with influencer trends, emerging trends, and best practices to plan and execute campaigns accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Ensure campaigns are executed according to the set timelines.

Requirements:

- Ability to plan, execute,



and monitor multiple marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience working with influencers and influencer marketing tools.
- Keen understanding of Gen Z habits and thinking.
- Ability to identify key trends in the market.
- Well-organized with solid time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation and speaking skills.
- Ability to easily build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats with high attention to detail.
