About the Company

Fynox Services is hiring a Customer Support professional to join its customer experience team in Pune. The role is suited to candidates who can confidently communicate with international customers, understand their concerns, and provide timely, accurate support across calling-based interactions. The position offers a monthly salary range of ₹25,000 to ₹32,000, along with incentives linked to performance.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer questions, troubleshoot concerns, and provide suitable resolutions or escalation support.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of conversations, requests, and outcomes in the relevant systems.
- Follow approved communication scripts, service standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Work toward customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and performance targets.





Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in international calling or international customer support is required.
- Strong spoken English, active listening ability, and clear verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain patient, composed, and solution-oriented during customer interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with customer support or CRM systems.
- Willingness to work from the Pune location and follow assigned shifts, including rotational schedules when required.
- Prior experience in a voice process, BPO, contact centre, or customer service environment will be valuable.

This is a full time, in-office opportunity for a dependable customer support professional who enjoys helping customers and working in a target-driven service environment. Incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed monthly salary based on the applicable performance structure.
