About the Company

8X Sports is hiring for its fashion and garmenting business in Bhilwara. The team is focused on building engaging brand communication and showcasing apparel, products, styling, and workplace culture through relevant digital content.

Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form reels for social media platforms.
- Create fashion- and garment-focused videos that present products, styling ideas, collections, and campaigns attractively.
- Be the face of brand and speak in the reels.
- Stay updated on social media trends, audio formats, transitions, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Review content performance and use audience insights to improve future reels.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in reel creation, video content, social media, or a closely related area.
- Comfort with shooting and editing mobile-first video content.
- A strong sense of fashion, composition,



pacing, and visual presentation.
- Ability to work from the Bhilwara location and collaborate with a rapid-moving team.
- Interest in the fashion and garmenting industry, along with dependable execution and attention to detail.
- Candidates knowing multiple languages or able to speak multiple languages even using teleprompter will pe given preferences.

This is a paid, full-time, for 2 months, offering a monthly stipend of ₹15,000–₹18,000.

Cadidate has two options for this internship.
1- Relocate to Bhilwara and work in office.
2- Visit Bhilwara twice in a month and shoot whole reels at once and give us the edited reel one by one. (Note transportation and stay charges to and fro Bhilwara are to be paid by the employee itself)
