Experience - 2 to 4 yearsCTC - 3 LPA - 5 LPALocation - Gurgaon (Onsite)Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliation and monitoring cash flow.Ensure timely collection of payments through regular follow-ups, while maintaining healthy cash flow and organizational liquidity.Prepare, arrange, and maintain Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial documents on a periodic basis.Maintain a constant watch on the financial position of the company, expense & income projections, and provide detailed insights and analysis to management for decision-making.Ensure timely filing of taxes and all statutory compliances by coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all expenses, including petty cash, and facilitate periodic audits by the reporting authority.Prepare and present quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports with detailed analysis.Monitor budgets and make suggestions for cost optimization whenever possible.Add-onManage the organization's IT infrastructure, including procurement, allocation, maintenance,



and tracking of IT assets such as laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software licenses.Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers to ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.Oversee IT asset inventory, software renewals, user access management, and ensure adherence to the organization's IT policies and security protocols.Key Requirements:Prior experience in handling finances for a Private Limited company, preferably in a service-based industry.Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.Proficiency in accounting tools (Zoho Books), Google Sheets and MS Excel.Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and coordination skills.Understanding of IT infrastructure, software license management, and coordination with IT vendors for day-to-day technical support and system maintenance.
