KorinMi is India's first Korean Skin & Hair Clinic, offering advanced Korean dermatology treatments with personalised consultation and technology-driven skin & hair analysis. As we expand, we are looking for a sharp, client-focused Assistant Manager to support daily clinic operations across two South Delhi outlets.

What you'll do

Front Desk & Client Experience

- Be the primary face of the clinic — greet clients, manage appointments, and ensure smooth client flow.
- Handle walk-ins, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups on no-shows and pending consultations.
- Make 30–50 calls daily to leads and existing clients for bookings and follow-ups.

Revenue & Conversion

- Support daily revenue targets — track walk-ins, consultations, and conversion rates.
- Drive package closures, rebookings, product sales, and Google review requests.
- Monitor missed opportunities and flag no-shows and unconverted consultations.

Operations & Reporting

- Maintain accurate CRM entries, billing coordination, and daily appointment records.
- Track clinic consumables, retail stock,



and coordinate with doctors and therapists on schedules.
- Share daily and weekly performance updates with the Clinic Manager and leadership.

Team & SOP Support

- Assist the Clinic Manager in daily huddles, SOP adherence, and maintaining premium clinic standards.
- Step in as point of contact for front-of-house in the Clinic Manager's absence.

What we're looking for

- 2–4 years of experience in a clinic, salon, spa, or premium hospitality environment.
- Strong client-facing personality with positive communication in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with daily calling, sales targets, and basic reporting.
- Organised, process-driven, and able to work across two locations (3 days each).
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge preferred.
