About the Project

Umang Infrastructure Private Limited is executing a water supply project for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) on the Aerocity–Sarita Vihar (Line-10) and Derawal Nagar–R K Ashram Marg (Line-8 Extension) corridors of Delhi Metro Phase-IV. The 7-month project covers:

- about 69.5 km of epoxy-lined MS pipelines (65–200 mm) on metro viaducts and in tunnels;
- feeding stations with borewell and underground-tank pumps;
- MCC panels, motorised valves, instrumentation and SCADA integration.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the project from mobilisation to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall execution of the project: planning, progress, cost, quality and safety.
- Act as the main point of contact with the DMRC Engineer and project team.
- Plan and manage four parallel work fronts to achieve contract milestones on time.
- Coordinate night work, traffic blocks and power blocks with DMRC operations.
- Get method statements, quality plans, safety plans and vendor/material submissions approved.
- Manage vendors,



sub-contractors and site teams (engineers, safety staff, welders and fitters).
- Oversee pipe laying, welding, testing, disinfection and E&M; installation through to commissioning.
- Review and certify RA bills, variations and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure full compliance with DMRC safety, health and environment requirements.

Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years as in-charge of similar metro or railway works.
- Experience with DMRC or other metro projects is strongly preferred, especially pipeline, PTM, water supply or MEP/E&M; works.
- Good knowledge of DMRC procedures, billing and safety conditions.
- Robust team leadership and client coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and MS Office.
- Willingness to work at night during metro blocks.
