About the Role

UrbanRoof is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, build relationships, and convert leads into successful sales for our building repair, waterproofing, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers through phone calls, email, and Business WhatsApp.
- Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable UrbanRoof services.
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Share quotations and service details with customers.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for site visits and assessments.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM/Excel.




- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Good follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and office tools.
- English and Hindi required; Marathi is an advantage.
