Role Purpose

The Server is responsible for providing professional, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests from seating through departure.

The role involves welcoming guests at the table, presenting and explaining the menu, taking accurate food and beverage orders, making appropriate recommendations, communicating dietary requirements and allergies, serving orders according to restaurant standards, and ensuring proper sequence and timing of service.

The Server is expected to have robust knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage menu, including key ingredients, preparation methods, accompaniments, allergens, and recommended pairings. The position requires close coordination with the kitchen, bar, food runners, captains, and other service team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
