- Lead Generation: Identify, generate, and follow up on customer leads for loan requirements.
- Product Explanation: Clearly explain Personal Loan and Women Group Loan features, terms, and eligibility to clients.
- Group Loan Operations: Actively promote and handle Women Group Loan distribution and customer coordination.
- Documentation: Complete customer loan application forms and verify required documents.
- Target Achievement: Work proactively to achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: 12th pass and above.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior sales experience is preferred.
- Skills: Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Field sales mobility required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
