Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute electrical maintenance activities for heavy-duty machinery, plant equipment, and industrial electrical systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot power distribution systems, electrical panels, transformers, motors, control panels, and related plant electrical equipment.
- Monitor electrical systems and equipment performance, identify faults, and implement corrective actions to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliable plant operations.
- Troubleshoot and maintain automated machinery, control circuits, sensors, drives, and industrial control systems.
- Monitor electrical load, power consumption, equipment performance, and other critical parameters to ensure efficient plant operations.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams for smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
- Supervise electrical installation, modification, commissioning, and maintenance activities for new and existing machinery and plant systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, EHS requirements, statutory standards, and safe working practices.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, breakdown reports,



preventive maintenance schedules, equipment history, and other required documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering or Diploma – Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, manufacturing, foundry, power plant, heavy engineering, or related industries.
- Valid C License is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in heavy-duty electrical systems, power distribution, industrial machinery, and plant electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical panels, transformers, HT/LT systems, motors, starters, VFDs, control circuits, and industrial automation systems.
- Experience in Foundry, Power Plant, Metal Processing, or heavy-duty manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.
- Positive understanding of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, power distribution, and electrical safety practices.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage shop-floor electrical maintenance activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
