QUALIFICATIONS FOR ARCHITECTS-

*EARLIER EXPERIENCE WITH ARCHITECTURE PRACTICE.

*ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SKILLS INCLUDE WORKING DRAWINGS AND MUNCIPAL DRAWINGS WITH EFFECTIVE DRAFTING SKILLS. ATTENTIVE TO DETAILS.

*SOFTWARE SKILLS INCLUDE PROFICIENCY WITH CAD SOFTWARE.





*INTEGRATION SKILLS TO ENSURE THAT ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, MEP AND CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS WORKS SEEMLESSLY.

*STRONG COMMITMENT TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT.

*FAMILIARITY WITH BUILDING BYLAWS AND REGULATIONS.

*HANDLING BPMS DRAWINGS IS A PLUS.

*BACHELORS DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE.
