Roles & Responsibility:

ERP & Business Systems

- Coordinate ERP implementation with the Sri Lanka team.

- Support ERP setup, testing (UAT), rollout, and issue resolution.

- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.

- Gather business requirements (GST, tax, reporting, factory processes).

- Train employees on ERP usage.

Factory IT & Machine Integration

- Identify production and machine data (output, runtime, downtime, quality).

- Support integration of machine data with ERP using PLC, SCADA, IoT, or other technologies.

- Reduce manual data entry and support production dashboards.

Digitalisation & User Support

- Convert manual processes into digital workflows.

- Introduce simple digital tools to improve productivity.

- Provide day-to-day IT support for office and factory users.

- Standardize file management and communication systems.

AI & Automation

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.

- Support AI solutions for forecasting, inventory, quotations, reporting, translation, and supplier comparison.





- Coordinate small AI projects and improve team productivity.

IT Infrastructure & Security

- Maintain computers, networks, servers, antivirus, firewalls, and software updates.

- Manage user access, passwords, MFA, backups, and IT assets.

- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats.

- Support secure network setup between office and factory systems.

Training

- Conduct IT, ERP, and cybersecurity training for employees.

- Create straightforward user guides and IT security best practices.

- Train new employees on company IT systems.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 3–7 years of IT experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
