Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily production activities in line with the production plan.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials and manpower.
- Monitor production progress and support adherence to daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain production records, reports and MIS accurately and on time.
- Work with the Quality team to ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP and food safety norms.
- Liaise with Maintenance on preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown resolution.
- Support dispatch schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Assist the Production Manager in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Visit the factory whenever a new product launch is planned (mandatory). This includes supporting trials, scale-up and commercialization activities.

Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate or diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in production planning or coordination in a food, dairy or FMCG manufacturing environment.

Skills and Competencies

- Robust production planning, scheduling and follow-up skills.




- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting; familiarity with ERP is a plus.
- Clear communication and the ability to coordinate across Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch and shop-floor teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to act quickly on breakdowns and shortages.
- Comfortable working on the shop floor and adapting to changing production priorities.
- Working knowledge of SOPs, GMP and food safety practices (FSSAI, HACCP awareness is an advantage).

- Adherence to the daily and monthly production plan
- Material and packaging availability (no production stoppages due to shortages)
- Accuracy and timeliness of production reports and MIS
- On-time dispatch support and order fulfilment
- Quality and food safety compliance on the shop floor
- Contribution to process improvement initiatives

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
