Role Overview

Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is looking for a smart, organized and detail-oriented ERP Data Entry Operator to support day-to-day data management and coordination between the corporate office and project sites.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in ERP data entry, preferably within the Real Estate / Construction industry, with positive knowledge of MS Excel and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update and maintain accurate data in the company’s ERP system.
- Coordinate with project sites and the corporate office to ensure timely flow of information.
- Verify data received from sites and ensure completeness and accuracy before entering it into the ERP.
- Maintain and update records related to projects, materials, vendors, purchase orders, invoices and other relevant data as required.
- Generate ERP reports and provide data as requested by management and various departments.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with concerned teams for corrections.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of ERP transactions and data entries.
- Perform regular data verification and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Projects and other departments for smooth data flow.




- Assist in preparing Excel reports, MIS and other data-related reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and project-related information.
- Perform any other ERP/data-entry-related tasks assigned by the management.

Candidate ProfileMandatory Requirements

- 1–2+ years of experience as an ERP Data Entry Operator / Data Entry Operator.
- Prior experience in ERP data entry is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong typing and data-entry skills with good accuracy.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Should be organized, responsible and willing to learn.
- Comfortable coordinating with project sites and senior team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
