Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

 Ensure compliance with IND AS and Companies Act requirements.

 Manage accounting activities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

 Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations for listed companies.

 Coordinate financial disclosures and reporting to stock exchanges.

 Support Board Meetings, AGM activities, and annual report preparation.

Taxation

 Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS, and Advance Tax compliance.

 Manage tax assessments and related documentation.

 Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities when required.

Export Incentives

 Manage export benefit schemes such as:

o RoDTEP

o Duty Drawback

o Advance Authorization

o EPCG

 Ensure maximum utilization of available export incentives.

Audit & Internal Controls

 Coordinate with Statutory, Internal, and Tax Auditors.

 Ensure smooth completion of audits.

 Strengthen internal controls and finance processes.





Costing & Manufacturing Finance

 Monitor product costing and manufacturing expenses.

 Track inventory valuation and cost variances.

 Provide recommendations to improve profitability.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

 Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

 Monitor cash flow and business performance.

 Generate MIS reports and management presentations.

Banking & Working Capital

 Manage cash flow, receivables, payables, and inventory.

 Coordinate with banks for:

o Working Capital Limits

o Term Loans

o LC/BG Facilities

o Export Finance

Forex & Risk Management

 Monitor foreign currency transactions.

 Manage hedging and forex risk.

 Support export-related banking activities.

Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of IND AS, GST, and Direct Tax.

 Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.

 Advanced MS Excel skills.

 Positive understanding of costing and manufacturing finance.

 Knowledge of SEBI compliance and listed company requirements.

 Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

 Basic understanding of AI tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
