Outsourcing

- Coordinate and monitor all outsourcing activities from material dispatch through job completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of both ongoing and completed outsourcing jobs for effective tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with Planning and Project teams to prioritize outsourcing jobs based on project schedules, delivery commitments, and operational priorities.
- Follow up with outsourcing vendors to ensure committed delivery timelines are achieved

Material Management

- Reviewing all incoming material requests generated in ERPNext, categorizing them based on priority, department, or project, and ensuring they are properly documented for processing.
- Carefully checking each supplier invoice to ensure that quantities, rates, item descriptions, and terms match the corresponding purchase order
- Creating and submitting purchase receipt entries to confirm that materials have been received in good condition and in the correct quantities as per the purchase order.
- Coordinate with the Stores Department for timely arrangement and issue of materials required for outsourcing.
- Share complete material details along with relevant work references, workbooks, or drawings to facilitate accurate material issuance.




- Verify material availability before dispatching work to avoid production delays.

Quality & Documentation

- Verify the quality and quantity of completed outsourced work before acceptance.
- Ensure outsourced work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.
- Ensure proper handover of drawings, technical documents, and materials to outsourcing vendors with explicit execution instructions.
- Maintain complete records of outsourced jobs, including material movement, completion status, and inspection details.
- Ensure gate pass documentation is prepared and maintained for all materials sent outside the factory.

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate effectively with Commercial, Projects, Planning, Production, Stores, and Quality teams.
- Escalate material shortages, delivery delays, quality concerns, or vendor issues to the Senior Manager– Commercial & Outsourcing for timely resolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to outsourcing processes and material control.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
