Interior Designer – Job Responsibilities

- Create high-quality and realistic 3D interior designs and renders for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop detailed 3D models based on floor plans, site measurements, client requirements, and design concepts.
- Prepare realistic 3D visualizations for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, commercial spaces, and other interior areas.
- Convert 2D layouts and design concepts into accurate and visually appealing 3D models.
- Create detailed 3D views showing furniture placement, false ceilings, lighting, flooring, wall treatments, textures, colors, and other interior elements.
- Develop realistic materials, textures, lighting, reflections, and finishes to produce high-quality renders.
- Prepare multiple design options and 3D concepts according to client preferences, budget, and project requirements.
- Make design modifications and revisions based on client feedback while maintaining design quality and accuracy.
- Ensure that 3D designs accurately represent the actual dimensions, proportions, materials, and site conditions.
- Prepare detailed 3D presentations and visual walkthroughs to help clients understand the proposed design before execution.
- Coordinate with the Senior Interior Designer, architects, civil engineers,



and site team to ensure that 3D designs are technically practical and executable.
- Take accurate site measurements and use them to develop exact 3D models and interior layouts.
- Select and apply appropriate furniture, lighting fixtures, materials, colors, textures, and decorative elements within the 3D design.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, 3D visualization techniques, materials, furniture styles, and rendering technologies.
- Maintain organized files of 3D models, renders, textures, materials, CAD drawings, and project-related design documents.
- Prepare final presentation-ready renders and design visuals for client meetings, project proposals, and approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors and execution teams when required to ensure that selected materials, furniture, finishes, and design elements can be practically implemented.
- Review the final design with the project team and make necessary adjustments before execution.
- Handle multiple 3D design projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, creativity, quality, and agreed timelines.
- Ensure all 3D designs and visual presentations meet the company's quality standards and accurately communicate the proposed interior design to the client.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
