Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle incoming leads, communicate with prospective students, explain our courses, follow up regularly, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Call and communicate with leads provided by the academy.

* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.

* Explain course details, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

* Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.

* Convert qualified leads into course admissions.

* Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

* Meet monthly calling, follow-up, and admission targets.

* Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team.





* Provide regular updates on lead status and conversions.

Requirements

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Fluency in Malayalam and English; Tamil/Hindi is an added advantage.

* Previous experience in tele calling, sales, counselling, or education sales preferred.

* Target-oriented and confident personality.

* Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.

* Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
