Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- UPSC IAS Preparation from a Reputed Coaching Institution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional convincing and persuasive abilities, with a passion for guiding students towards their educational goals.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Prior experience in a similar role in the education industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in the IAS field and a commitment to staying informed on industry developments.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits,



providing them with information about our programs, admission process, and the advantages of joining O2 IAS Academy.
- Utilize your excellent communication and convincing skills to inspire and motivate prospective students to enroll in our academy.
- Maintain and update records of prospective students, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach strategies to attract potential students.
- Assist in organizing and participating in open houses, webinars, and other promotional events.
- Stay informed on the latest IAS exam patterns, syllabus, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to prospective students.
- Foster and maintain relationships with enrolled students, providing ongoing support as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
